Xian - 3ème jour

Aujourd’hui, après deux jours à crapaüter un peu partout (sisi crapaüter ça existe, même word le connait ^^), on a décidé de se faire une journée plus tranquille. On s’est donc levé a 10h et avons pris la direction de la forêt ~~d’Estelle~~ des Stèles, située à 200 mètres de notre auberge. On a pu y voir des gravures datant d’il y a plus de 2000 ans et parfaitement conservées, ce qui était assez bluffant. Bon après il faut dire ce qui est, les doctrines de Confucius écrites en chinois, ca lasse assez vite. A noter néanmoins quelques gravures du mont Huashan et une exposition de statues bouddhistes qui valent le coup, ainsi qu’une tablette datant de 781 relatant les affaires Nestoriennes (chrétiennes) menées en Chine a l’époque par les occidentaux. L’après-midi, nous sommes partis en direction du sud de la ville pour aller visiter le Musée d’Histoire du Shaanxi (la province de Xian). Fait intéressant, ils n’utilisent pas (ou peu) de feux de signalisation, donc pour traverser les routes de 2*3 voies c’était un peu rodéo…

Une fois arrivés et après avoir payé 20 kuais pour éviter de faire la queue pour avoir des places gratuites, nous avons remonté 3000 ans d’histoire pour voir les débuts de l’empire chinois. On a été assez bluffe de voir que des poteries et des bronze datant du IXème siècle avant J.-C. étaient déjà très bien ouvragées (on leur aurait donné 8000 ans de moins). De même, on a appris qu’un certain nombre d’inventions de rang mondial comme le papier, la boussole, la poudre à canon ou encore l’imprimerie avaient été inventées par les chinois entre 200 av J.-C. et 200 après J.-C.

Néanmoins, en progressant dans les âges, on se rend compte qu’ils ont vite perdu leur incroyable avance et que les pièces de l’époque Ming (1700) ne sont que légèrement supérieures à celles d’il y a 3000 ans. On peut sans doute expliquer ceci par le fait qu’a travers l’histoire chaque nouvelle dynastie arrivant au pouvoir aimait bien détruire tout ce qui pouvait rappeler l’ancienne ; le parfait exemple étant Chang’an (ancien nom de Xi’an), capitale de l’Empire du Milieu entre 618 et 907, plus grande ville du monde avec 2 millions d’habitants et ville internationale grâce à sa position au départ de la route de la Soie, qui fut quasi-intégralement détruite après la chute de la dynastie Tang.

On pourra noter une expo temporaire qui présentait des objets de l’époque, qui était vraiment sympa, et une autre expo de fresques dont l’entrée était à 300 kuais (jamais vu un prix comme ca dans un musée, et ou que ce soit dans le monde), que nous n’avons du coup pas faite.

Pour continuer la journée, nous nous sommes rendus à la pagode de l’Oie Sauvage, où nous attendait par hasard un magnifique spectacle de jets d’eaux, le tout en musique, d’une taille qui pouvait renvoyer le Bellagio se coucher. On a donc passé les 20 minutes suivantes à profiter du show, et c’était top :).

Comme la journée touchait à sa fin, nous sommes partis récupérer nos sacs à l’auberge et avons visité deux monuments phares de la vieille ville, la tour de la Cloche et la Grande Mosquée. Le premier nous a donné une bonne vue sur la vieille ville, mais c’était trop tard pour les concerts de cloches, la dernière performance étant à 16h30. Quand au second, on a pu apprécier les 2 tarifs de visite, le premier gratuit et comprenant l’ensemble du site (mais auquel on n’a pas eu droit, va savoir pourquoi… :p), et le deuxième pour les touristes ^^. On a quand même pu noter le style très asiatique de cette mosquée qui en fait un monument unique au monde.

Pour le soir, on a trouvé un restaurant qui vendait des brochettes pour 5 maos (6cts d’euro), donc on en a pris 40 chacun et on s’est fait un repas uniquement composé de viande. Tip Top. Après ça, on s’est dirigé tranquillement en direction de la gare, où on a finalement finit en courant en étant passé par la case scooter-tricycle (à trois dedans ^^). Par contre, la gare de Xi’an ne respecte absolument pas l’organisation logique chinoise, donc on a pas mal galéré à trouver notre train, mais comme il était plus en retard que nous, c’est passé.

Quand au trajet de retour, il s’est moins bien passé qu’à l’aller avec des gens qui ont fait du bruit jusqu'à minuit, certains qui ronflaient, et d’autres qui se sont levés a 5h30. Pour couronner le tout, le train a lancé la musique à partir de 6h, donc bonjour le sommeil –_-‘.

Au final super week-end, on a vu et appris plein de choses, et même si on rentre crevés et qu’on arrive plus à descendre un escalier, je conseille vivement.

Il faut cependant faire attention à une chose c’est qu’à Xi’an on peut perdre facilement des choses : Mag a perdu sa pochette de cigarettes, Bilal son sac, Sam ses jambes, William son téléphone et moi la clef de mon locker a l’auberge. Mais bon, dans la majorité des cas (sauf pour William), on les retrouve, donc ça passe ^^.

Sur ce, je vous souhaite une bonne continuation, de mon côté j’ai toujours du mal à marcher (nous sommes jeudi soir), et je me prépare mentalement à aller gravir le mont HuangShan ce week-end en espérant avoir retrouvé mes jambes d’ici-là.
