Bonjour à tous ! (je dis bien bonjour, ne pas se fier à l'heure de publication du post, le site est à l'heure française ^^).
Aujourd'hui, nous allons parler vacances : après que notre mid-term evaluation soit passée, nous avons décidé de partir à l'aventure et de prendre deux jours de repos. Pour ne pas commencer trop dur (mais quand même), nous sommes allés visiter la ville d'Hangzhou (杭州), située à environs 180km de Shanghai (je dis environs parce que selon le point que l'on prend dans Shanghai on peut jouer sur 50km entre le centre et la périphérie !).
Côté histoire, Hangzhou fut la capitale de la dynastie Song au 12e et 13e siècles, mais fut détruite par les Mongols en 1276. C'était alors la plus grande ville du monde avec plus d'un million d'habitants.
Pour ce "voyage", on avait bien commencé la préparation (booking de l'auberge de jeunesse 10 jours avant, merci Hostelling International), mais on a quand même fini un peu à l'arrache (achat des billets de train le vendredi midi pour le soir). Dans tous les cas, après 30 minutes de taxi, un kfc, un mcdo, 1h de bullet train (l'évolution du TGV version chinoise se déplaçant à 350km/h) et 30 minutes de marche à pied, nous sommes arrivés à notre auberge. Nous avons eu de la chance car nous l'avions sélectionnée complètement au hasard et elle était située au bord du lac, à 5 minutes du downtown, entourée par deux bars et en face de la concession Ferrari, donc le top :).
Les deux jours qui ont suivi ont été comme une pause dans le temps. Hangzhou a la particularité d'être une petite ville (de la taille de Paris) construite tout autour d'un magnifique lac d'1km de rayon dont nous avons fait le tour (à pied, en bateau et en bus), visitant parcs, pagodes, temples, forêts, etc. On en oubliait complètement qu'on était au coeur d'une ville et non dans un petit paradis.
Néanmoins, le tourisme chinois, c'est beau mais pas très authentique. En effet, la majorité des constructions que nous avons vues dates du début du 20ème, on été détruite dans les années 60 (merci Mao) et rénovées dans les années 2000. L'exemple le plus frappant est la grande pagode de Leifeng (vous la verrez sur pas mal de mes photos), qui a l'air ancienne de l'extérieure mais héberge un centre ultramoderne avec deux ascenseurs et des escalators. Ils ont quand même conservé les fondations qui datent de l'an de grâce 975.
Le dimanche, nous avons fait comme des milliers de chinois et nous sommes dirigés vers le Feila-Feng, le mont sacré du bouddhisme. Nous avons fait l'erreur de vouloir y aller en bus (le métro est encore en construction), avec une estimation de 40 minutes de trajet. Au bout d'une heure en mode sardine (le bus a même mis la clim alors qu'il faisait moins de 10°C dehors), nous sommes descendu et avons fini les derniers kilomètres à pied, tout en avançant au même rythme que notre bus.
Le suite a été douloureuse pour les jambes. Nous avons gravi la montagne aux 72 statues de bouddha, exploré les temples, bravé la forêt... nous y avons vu de magnifiques statues de diverses divinités, des temples richements décorés, et surtout une ambiance calme et paisible dès que l'on prenait la peine de sortir des rues principales et de monter quelques marches (les chinois sont fainéants ^^).
Nous avons fini en montant les 1438 marches (sisi on a compté !) pour atteindre le temple du Líng yǐn sì (il parait qu'il y avait un téléphérique...). Là-haut, nous avons eu une vue imprenable (au sens premier du terme, les photos ne donnent rien car il y avait trop de brume ^^)sur l'ensemble des temples de la vallée. Nous avons aussi pu assister à un spectacle assez particulier : des dizaines de chinois venaient prier et alimenter un grand brasier avec des batons d'encens (plus pratique que les cierges, ça se désintègre entièrement en 5 minutes ^^).
Il faut dire que le soir nous étions assez tristes de rentrer sur Shanghai pour reprendre les cours, mais je pense sérieusement y retourner quand il fera beau (et pas le week-end) !
On a d'ailleurs fini la journée par un epic fail : on pensait rentrer de la gare par la même voie que nous avions emprunté pour venir (= le taxi), mais cette idée s'est envolée quand on a vu que la file d'attente pour les taxis faisait 700m... On a donc mis deux heures (et 4 métros différents) pour rentrer -_-'.
Côté culture, j'ai appris que les chinois étaient fan de mes cheveux et du coup n'hésitaient pas à me demander de poser en photo avec eux (!). J'ai appris par la suite d'une part que mes cheveux étaient "like noodles" (no comments), et d'autre part que les chinois me prenaient pour Cupidon... perspectives intéressantes ^^.
Côté site j'ai encore perdu une heure à essayer de comprendre pourquoi lightbox ne fonctionnait plus sur mon site avant de comprendre que mon firefox avait tout simplement décidé de ne plus lire le javascript (-_-') -> résinstallation programmée dans 3 heures quand l'install aura fini de télécharger (bah ça fait 15mo quand même !).
Pour finir, j'ai 600 photos à trier (200 persos + 400 from Guillaume), mais avant pour mercredi j'ai une recherche sur les usages d'internet mobile à faire, programmer un robot qui sert à rien pour le piloter en Zigbee, faire une présentation sur un papier de 10 pages en anglais sur un quelconque protocole (oui ici on fait ASDS en 2 jours, on a eu l'article today), et apprendre les 40 nouveaux mots de chinois de la semaine (et une dizaine d'HanZi)...
