I mean, I don't wish to tell you how to run your website, however suppose you added a headline to maybe get folk's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You should look at Yahoo's home page and note how they create news headlines to get viewers to click. You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab people interested about everything've got to say. Just my opinion, it would bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
